If the GC2 Device Appears to Display Inaccurate Data

  1. Confirm that the device is fully opened and the foot/latch is properly positioned underneath.

  2. Confirm the device is placed on the same level surface as the ball.

  3. (If applicable) Confirm that the protective shield (accessory) is properly attached and not obstructing the cameras or ball-lock window.

  4. (If applicable) When connected to a Windows computer running Foresight Sports FR1 or FSX software, confirm that "wait for spin" is enabled under the data selection settings.
