My GC2 Device Carry Distance Is Not Matching Within FSX And On The GC2 On Screen Data:
In some cases it may appear that the GC2 device is provide inaccurate data in the software while the Quad barometer setting is active. The issue is caused by having the “Use GCQuad Barometer” option enabled, but no GCQuad device connected. To adjust this you will need to go into the FSXSettings.xml and change the following line manually:
- <GCQBarometerEnabledByDefault>0</GCQBarometerEnabledByDefault>
To know if this issue is occurring with your GC2 device you will need to confirm:
1. That the carry data is not matching on the device and in the software.
2. Your settings file should have a value of 1.
Changing the value to 0 should resolve the issue.
