If the GC2 Does Not Lock onto a Ball Placed Within the Hitting Zone

  1. Confirm the ball is appearing within the hitting area on the LCD display.

  2. Confirm that the device is fully opened and the foot/latch is properly positioned underneath.

  3. Confirm the device is placed on the same level surface as the ball.

  4. Confirm nothing is obstructing ball visibility (such as tall grass)

  5. (If applicable) Confirm that the protective shield (accessory) is properly attached and not obstructing the cameras or ball-lock window.

  6. Test GC2 in both right and left handed positions. If either ball placement zones fails to produce ball lock, please contact Foresight Sports Technical Support.
