Resolution: Something went wrong with the existing calibration files, and the GCHawk needs to be recalibrated using the GCHawk Calibration Application, which can be downloaded and/or updated via the GCHawks application section found in the support page
here. Please ensure you are using the latest version listed on the support page before proceeding.
How To Recalibrate the GCHawk
1. First, you will have to delete the existing calibration files from the computers App Data folder. To do this, you will want to ensure the calibration app is closed and you will want to follow the steps below.
a) Type into the PCs search bar "%appdata%" and hit enter (see Figure 1).

b) Once you have opened up the %appdata% directory in your File Explorer, it will automatically bring you to the roaming folder. Click the "AppData" tab (as seen in Figure 2).

c) Double click on the "LocalLow" folder (see Figure 3).

d) Double click on the "ForesightSports" folder (see Figure 4).

e) Double click on the "GCHawkSetup" folder (see Figure 5).

f) Now, highlight every folder you see in this "GCHawkSetup" folder, right click on one of the highlighted folders, and delete all of them (see Figure 6).

2. Now you can proceed with opening up the GCHawkSetup Application (also referred to as the GCHawk Calibration Application) which can be downloaded and installed

If after you have finished calibrating the Hawk and the files are corrupted or you get any error messages, repeat all of the above steps until you get a "Finished" message at the end of the GCHawk calibration phase when you go to send the calibration files to the server.
