Active Launch Pro Subscription User - Software asking for Activation Code - Solution

This article will cover how to resolve your subscribed Launch Pro not properly activating your software.

 

Problem:

  • Subscribed Launch Pro is not activating Software. Software is asking for Activation Code.

Resolution: 

  1. With your Foresight Sports Software closed and at your desktop to your computer, open up your File/Windows Explorer which can be accessed by clicking on the folder icon on your taskbar: 
  2. From there in the address bar presented at the top of the Explorer, copy and paste the following address: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Foresight and hit enter on your keyboard. 
  3. Once inside the Foresight folder; locate and delete the FSX Play folder:
  4. Now with this folder deleted, restart your PC.
  5. Once at your desktop, launch FSX Play with the shortcut on your desktop.
  6. Select to Sign-in using the Launch Pro device; rather than a license key.
  7. Now Sign-in with your FSX Live Username and Password (the same credentials used to subscribe and manage your device).
  8. You should now have access again to your Software.
  9. Enjoy.
