Should you encounter an instance where the licensing is not Connecting & Launching the Software correctly with your Launch Pro device or your FSX PLAY software, please see the steps below to resolve:
1. Open a Windows Folder:
2. Copy and Paste the folder location listed below:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Foresight
3. Delete the FSX PLAY Folder. Right Click on the folder and select the delete option.
4. Restart your computer and then launch the FSX PLAY Software.
5. Select to sign in using the Launch Pro Device, rather than an license key.
6. Sign in again using your FSX LIVE username and password.
You should not regain access to the FSX PLAY software.
