Why Your Device Only Works in Certain Regions

Why Your Device Only Works in Certain Regions

Foresight Sports devices are manufactured and licensed for use in specific regions. The region where the device is originally purchased is the region it is permanently assigned to.

⚠️ If a device is taken outside of its intended region, it will not function and cannot be supported until officially unlocked by our international team.

How to Check Your Device’s Region

You can confirm your device’s intended region by providing the serial number to our Support Team. We’ll verify the original region of sale and advise whether the unit is compatible in your area.

If You Purchased a Device in the Wrong Region

  • Devices purchased outside of their intended region cannot be supported by Foresight Sports directly.

  • Some international teams offer a region unlock process to make the device functional in its new region.

  • Region unlock fees vary by device and region. Details are available on our International Support Page.

Our Support Limitations

Devices outside their intended region are not eligible for:

  • Technical support

  • Software licensing

  • Ownership transfer

⚠️ Support becomes available only after the official region unlock process has been completed (if available).

Important Notes

  • Region locks cannot be bypassed without the official unlock process.

  • Foresight Sports is not responsible for devices purchased outside authorized sales channels.
