Validation Failure or Internet Error Message Related to Comcast / Xfinity

Customers having issues with Comcast/Xfinity not allowing their Activation Emails through or for FSX to validate/activate please adjust the settings below:

 

1. Log into xfinity.com/myxfi

2. Click "More" at the top

3. Disable XFi advanced security

If you have a Comcast Business Account please use the following instructions:

  1. Download the Comcast/Xfinity application to your iPhone or iPad
  2. Go to the app on your phone and go to “Connect”
  3. “Advanced Security”
  4. Then you can turn off the Xfi Security Settings directly on the app. Instead of calling the support line for Comcast.
  5. **This may take upwards of 10 minutes**
  6. To check that this has been completed properly, go to api.foresightsports.com, and the page should load as normal.

 

This issue was created by your internet service provider and is not possible for Foresight Sports to directly fix. It does require this change to your internet service in order to resolve. If you do not see this option available to you please contact Comcast/Xfinity directly to resolve.
