Updating the Geforce Nvidia Graphics Driver

You may want to update your video card graphics driver if you are experiencing graphics related crashing or performance issues while running your software. This might include glitches, slowing, poor graphics quality, or even crashing.

 

To do this please see the steps below:

1. Download and Install the NVIDIA App Using The Link Below

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/software/nvidia-app/

2. In your Windows search bar, search for NVIDIA App and open it 

3. Once you have gained access, select the DRIVERS tab from the top left corner:

 4. In the Drivers menu, ensure you are searching for the GAME READY DRIVER in the top right. Then, in the top left, check to see if it says "Update available".


5. If an update is available, please  select the INSTALL button:

 

6. If asked to, allow this app to make changes to your device and then perform a Custom Installation with the Graphics Driver, PhysX System Software, HD Audio Driver, and Clean Installation all selected. Once all are selected, click Continue.


7. Once the installation is completed, you may be prompted to Restart Later or Restart Now. Please click Restart Now.

8. Once your computer has finished it's restart, re-open the NVIDIA App and check to ensure your drivers are up to date. If they are, you will see "Up-to-date" in the top left.



9. You have now successfully completed driver updates on your Graphics Card. Please now test software functionality and see if this improves any problems you were facing prior.
