Troubleshooting Device Connectivity in the Foresight Sports App

If you’re receiving connection errors in the Foresight Sports App, don’t worry; this is usually easy to fix.
This guide walks through the most common reasons your launch monitor may fail to connect and the steps to get you back up and running quickly.

Quick Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Ensure Your Device Firmware Is Up to Date
Keeping your firmware current is the best way to maintain stable connections.

  2. Restart Both Devices

    • Power off your launch monitor and your iOS device.

    • Wait a few seconds, then power them both back on.

    • Relaunch the Foresight Sports App.

  3. Bluetooth Connection Tips

    • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device.

    • To grant Bluetooth access:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth → Foresight Sports App → Toggle On

    • Do not manually pair your launch monitor through iOS Bluetooth settings; pairing happens automatically within the app.

    • After initiating the pairing in-app, wait up to 90 seconds for the connection to complete.

  4. Relaunch the Foresight App
After performing the steps above, reopen the app and attempt to reconnect.
