The GC2 Does Not Display Some (or Any) Ball Flight Information
Test the device with a new flash module (or one you are certain is functioning). This will help determine if the flash module is the true cause of the issue.
If the flash module is working correctly, please see "Ball Finding & Missed Shots" below.
