How to find which license was used on your computer
You can find the saved license key by following the directions below:
1. Exit the FSX software completely, then right click on your FSX icon on the desktop, and select ‘Open File Location’
2. Select the ‘System’ folder and then click open the ‘FSXSettings’ XML Document
3. About twelve lines down you will see <activationCode> followed by your 16 digit FSX license key used on that computer
4. Write down or Copy/Paste this FSX 2018 license key to save it for future use
Alternatively, you can Sign In to your FSX LIVE account:
Note: the username and password used to sign in to your FSX Live account will need to be the same one used when installing your FSX 2018/2020 Software in order to identify the proper license key used.
1. Sign in to FSX LIVE
2. Select your user account from the upper right of the window
3. Select the Licenses Tab
4. Locate the License assigned to your specific computer
