We have seen protected internet networks that will not open the Foresight Sports software. (i.e. schools and hospitals) The FSX software will open to the page where it asks for your username, password, and activation code, but you will not be able to get past this.
The best way to see if the network is blocking our program is to download Fiddler and have it running as you enter the activation info. When you hit next there will be an error coming back from api.foresightsports.com.
When we’ve seen firewalls blocking our software in the past, the network administrator needed to create a rule or exception on whichever security appliance they are using.
One of the network admins will likely need to add a rule that will allow FSX to communicate with the internet and will not remove custom headers from the HTTP requests. This usually requires adding an acceptance for the api.foresightsports.com server call as well.
