Steps below for optimizing PC and software:
- Check that the launch monitor is on the latest firmware.
- Make sure the internet connection is Stable to the PC.
- Fully update Windows with optional updates installed(If on Windows 10 not necessary to update to Windows 11 if the option is available).
- Check for the latest software version and PC specs.
- Check the Nvidia Graphic Card on the latest drivers.

- Set the Windows Power Plan to "High" if available or a similar power setting.
- Within Windows locate Performance Options and set them to the best performance.
- Do a search within Windows or Windows Control Panel for "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows".
Once the setting is located set it to Best Performance.
- Do a search within Windows or Windows Control Panel for "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows".
- In the Graphical settings of the software try different settings such as resolution display (Ex: 4k to 1080p) and graphic settings set to performance or set it to low to medium depending on the software options and within Windows Display Setting set the display resolution to a lower resolution (Ex: 4k to 1080p).
- FSX Play users download and install .NET 7.0 or higher. This may help with performance.
