Updating the iOS to the latest version:
1. Click on to Settings from the Home screen and select General
2. Now select Software Update and then Download and Install (if shown)
Updating iPad App:
1. Open App Store
2. Select Updates (Bottom right-hand side of the screen)
3. If available, please select the update button next to Foresight Performance Fitting
Manually close all other open apps on the iPad:
1. Click the iPad home button twice; this should bring up a row of apps in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen
2. Swipe all open apps up to the top of the screen and release them to close them
Perform a soft reboot of the iPad:
1. Hold down the wake button on the iPad until the Slide to Power Off screen appears. Slide your finger to power off the iPad
2. Hold the wake button until the Apple logo appears and the iPad turns back on
3. Reconnect the GC2 to the iPad in Settings
4. Restart the Foresight app and see if the GC2 connection is improved
Forget and reconnect the GCQuad in the settings:
1. Open the settings
2. Navigate to WIFI
3. Navigate to your GCQuad
4. Then press "Forget Device"
5. Navigate to the GCQuad, restart again, and pair with it again
Delete the app (Please note you will lose all previously saved data so it might be worth screenshotting or exporting data before doing this step):
1. Hold down the Foresight app icon on the iPad until it starts wiggling and the X appears next to it
2. Press the X to delete it
Enable Location Services and all other requests for services when Reinstalling the app:
1. Go into Privacy Settings and turn on to Allow Location Services
2. Tap App Store and Purchased
3. Find the Foresight app and tap the download icon, if prompted make sure to allow access to Location Services for the app and potentially other services as well
4. Go into the General Settings and scroll down towards the bottom where the Performance Fitting App is located
5. When you click on FS Performance, turn on and allow access to Location Services for the app and potentially other services as well if not already on.
Open the app in the usual way (if prompted make sure to allow access to Location Services for the app and potentially other services as well) and see if the issue has been resolved.
