How to Capture the GCHawk Device Log
With this PC and the GCHawk connected please do the following:
- Press the Windows Button + E on your keyboard or select the file icon on the bottom left hand side of your PC screen to open File/Windows Explorer
- With the Explorer open, on the left hand side select This PC or My PC
- Under Devices and drives you will see the GCHawk storage device icon
- Please select and click into this icon and copy/paste the log.txt file located inside for my review.
Alternatively, if this method does not work you may use the Hawk Diagnostic Tool to capture the Device Logs.
