If you have attempted to connect to a Wireless WiFi Network with your GC3 and are unable to gain Network credentials this may be a false connection issue.
No Network Name will be presented, but the device will say it is "connected".
This will be presented as if the Connection was established, but you will not see a Network name presented under the CONNECTED confirmation:
To resolve you should attempt the following in order:
1. DISCONNECT from the current WiFi connection, then attempt to RECONNECT. The issue you are seeing is most likely due to entering an INCORRECT NETWORK PASSWORD. By carefully entering the password again you can assure the network sign-in credentials are accurate.
2. Power OFF the GC3 entirely, unplug the power supply and wait 1 minute. Then Power ON the GC3 and Plug the Power Supply Back into the device. CONNECT to the WiFi Network once more.
3. CONNECT to the WiFi Network, Wait 2-5 Minutes for your Network to assign your device an IP and allow Network and Cloud communication.
4. Attempt to use WiFi on a DIFFERENT NETWORK. This is assuming your current network is locked down under security measures that are causing you to be unable to gain a connection. Some users attempt to test using a WiFi Hot Spot from their phone.
