Problem: Upon launching FSX Pro, some end-users may experience a screen that will not allow them to move past the end-user license agreement in order to get into the software. Other users may experience their screen freezing after they launch the software.
Resolution: Uninstalling the software and all it's components as well as deleting the FSX Pro folder from the App Data folder should resolve this occurrence.
How To Uninstall FSX Pro and delete it from App Data
1) Type into the PCs search bar "Add or remove programs" and hit enter (see figure 1).
Figure 1 2) Locate the FSX Pro software, click on it and click uninstall (see figure 2).
Figure 2 3) Proceed with uninstalling FSX Pro and all it's components (see figure 3).
Figure 3 4) After uninstalling the software, you will have to delete the FSX Pro folder from App Data.
5) Type into the PCs search bar "%appdata%" and hit enter (see figure 4).

6) Click on the "AppData" tab (see figure 5).
Figure 5 7) Double click on "LocalLow" folder (see figure 6).

8) Double click on "ForesightSports" folder (see figure 7).

9) Right click on the FSX Pro folder and click the trash can icon (see figure 8).

10) Now, proceed with downloading
and installing the latest version of FSX Pro, which can be found
here.
