FSX PLAY: Adjusting Players
You can select players initially when hovering over the course, and selecting the SETTINGS & MORE option. That will bring you to this menu, where you can adjust your players:
Beyond this, you would need to play through the course and the software will alternate who is the active player on any given hole.
There is no option to manually switch between player selection.
