Exporting Session Reports from FSX Pro

Exporting session reports from FSX Pro can be accomplished in two different ways depending on a user's internet connection.

*NOTE* - Using FSX Pro outdoors with a GCQuad means you WILL NOT have an active internet connection during your session. It is required to connect to the GCQuad via WiFi, which will take the place of any internet service the iPad may typically have.

Online:

  1. Click the "Reports" icon in the tool bar at the top of the display
  2. Click "Export"
  3. While connected to the internet, reports can be exported in a number of ways
    1. Email (This will require exporting through Apple's mail app. Exporting directly through the Gmail app will not generate a PDF)
    2. Messages (iMessage or Standard)
    3. Google Drive
    4. AirDrop
    5. Physical print out

Offline:

  1. Create an FSX Live Report Folder in the iPad's built in "Files" app
  2. Click the "Reports" icon in the tool bar at the top of the display
  3. Click "Export"
  4. Select "Save to Files"
  5. Locate and click on the FSX Live Reports Folder that was created
  6. Click "Save" in the top right corner of the pop-up window
  7. Once this report is saved in the "Files" app, you will be able to export via an online method once connected to the internet.

Exporting Session Reports from FSX Mobile

In order to export session data to be viewed at a later time with FSX Mobile, there are three critical items:

  1. The user is logged into an active FSX Live account linked to an FSX 2020 License
  2. FSX Mobile is connected to a Foresight Launch Monitor via Bluetooth
  3. The device running FSX Mobile has a stable internet connection. This can be WiFi or cellular data.

*NOTE* - Ensure your iPhone is allowing FSX Mobile to use Bluetooth and Cellular Data. This can be accomplished by opening "Settings" and scrolling down until you see FSX Mobile in your app list.

Logging Into FSX Live:

  1. On the home screen, open the menu by clicking the three bars in the top right corner of the display
  2. Once the menu is open, click the chain link under "CONNECT FSX LIVE"
  3. Sign in with an FSX Live profile that is tied to an active FSX 2020 License
  4. Ensure a successful connection by checking for a blue dot where the chain link previously was

Connecting A Foresight Launch Monitor via Bluetooth in FSX Mobile:

  1. On the home screen, open the menu by clicking the three bars in the top right corner of the display
  2. Navigate to "DEVICES"
  3. Locate your Foresight Launch Monitor, clicking the circular refresh arrows if necessary
  4. Click on your device, and then click connect in the right hand section of the menu
  5. Ensure a successful connection by referencing "STATUS: CONNECTED"

Viewing Session Data in FSX Live:

  1. Navigate to performance.foresightsports.com
  2. Click "SIGN IN" in the upper right. Ensure to sign in using the same account that is connected in FSX Mobile
  3. Click the "STATS" tab
  4. Click into the session that you wish to view
  5. Once clicked into the session, you will be able to click further into specific shots to access the full range of saved data.
